Late Cancel window is 12-hours before the start of your scheduled class. If you late cancel or no-show you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee per cancellation.

Freezes

minimum 2 weeks, and Maximum of 60 days per the calendar year
Please provide 72 hours advance notice as holds cannot be backdated. Flexibility for snowbirds and cottagers, please contact the studio.
