CANCELLATION + WAITLIST POLICIES
cancelling/changing a class
exhale pilates requires 12-hour notice for all group classes and 24 hour notice for all private booking cancellation and schedule changes. if registered for a group class, always cancel through the app. For private sessions/appointments, email the studio at hello@exhalepilates.ca.
waitlist
in the event a group class is full, the app will offer you to “join waitlist”. it is the client’s responsibility to manage their own bookings, including waitlists.
you can get off a waitlist up to one (1) hour before the start of the class. The most up-to-date and accurate way to see the status of your class is by checking and refreshing the app. if you have notifications turned off in your mind body account, you will not be notified (via email or SMS TEXT) of your waitlist status, so you will need to check manually. Please ensure your contact info is up to date inside the exhale pilates app.
LATE CANCEl/NO SHOW PENALTY
As a small business, late cancellations have a big impact on us. While we understand that things happen, our late cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason - we appreciate your understanding and support!
If a class or appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour period, the class pass is FORFEITED. If the client is an unlimited member, the late cancel fee is $30 per late cancel. ($20 for apprenticeship classes).
all late cancels and no show fees are processed once per week (typically on mondays). This means that the late cancel charge may not be the same day as the late cancel of the class.
the late cancel fee applies to cancellations inside the 12 (or 24)-hour window, as well as a “no show” /when a client does not show up for the class.
