new studio: We have made a number of amazing changes to the space. A full renovation has taken place and we now have TWO reformer rooms! You may have heard about these from our Exhale Pilates instagram page, which you can follow here.

The first room upon entering the studio is called the Sunset room. Upon arrival a teacher will tell you which reformer has been assigned to you. Each reformer station is numbered in both rooms. The room with the windows facing John Street is called the Palms room. The same assigned reformer system applies to this room as well.

Right here, in the studio we will have specialty coffee, cold pressed juices, and healthy snacks for purchase after your class. the amenities bar will re-open once permitted.
